  you could go with this one http://www.supermicro.com/products/system/7U/7088/SYS-7088B-TR4FT.cfm
  stick in 8 E7-8894-V4  (https://ark.intel.com/products/96900/Intel-Xeon-Processor-E7-8894-v4-60M-Cache-2_40-GHz) and 24TB of ram and it will pretty much be one of the best hardware's.

  For Storage go with XtremeIO https://www.emc.com/collateral/specification-sheet/h16094-xtremio-x2-specification-sheet-ss.pdf pick how many bricks you need (each is 7.2 TB)

  Add SQL 2017 Enterprise and you have a SQL beast built

  Not cheap though.

  Go Azure cloud IaaS and scale as needed or Azure Analysis Services if you want the best
