I have diagrams setup for my tables. I need to email the diagrams to a client and can not find a way to get them to a file. Also, I tried printing them for the first time, and the page layout was horrible.
Any hints/tips/tricks for the diagrams when you need to print a nice orderly copy or copy them to a file?

In the diagram, right click, page breaks. That will take care of my format on the page issue. Any one know how to print to a file?
If I have to, I will print them and scan them in to create a pdf.
Thanks,
Joseph

if you use ALT PrintScrn keyboard keystrokes you can capture the current window
- can crop etc in mspaint and/or drop into word etc
there is also a good tool "Snag-It" that you might want to investigate [free trial download]

Visio can read your database structure and display the tables and foreign keys.
