I got this failure and dont know where to start. Could not find any help in search.Any help greatly appreciated. Sometime the job works by re-running but most of the time it fails. All files are set to autogrow.

If you're on SQL 7 pre SP3, there is a hotfix available for this. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=254253
The KB article also mentions a work around the problem code using BCP / SELECT INTO.
