    You posted the second question only 3 hours ago (and the 1st question only 12 hours ago). This isn't a chat room. Be patient. If you need help urgently, contact Microsoft's customer support people. Remember that we're all volunteers posting in out free time and don't get paid for this.

    It's also possible that no one knows the answer to your question, or there's not enough information to be able to guess at an answer.

    Thanks Gail. I admit i was little impatient.. my mistake.. trying to learn things faster... but it was blessings in disguise.. i did browse through several sites and learning quite a few things.

    We do try to get things answered quickly, but we're still volunteers, not paid professionals.
