We keep having our SQL Server Agent terminating
unexpectedly. This seems to occur when several jobs are
being kicked off simultaneously. We have tried staggering
the job start times, but occasionally still find that SQL
Server Agent terminates:
SQLSERVERAGENT service terminated unexpectedly
