It doesn't work like that. Gail, like me, does not get paid for providing answers on this forum, and she is just as likely as me to want to see that you've made some effort to resolve this yourself. Therefore, please log on to your favourite search engine, type in the error message from your log file, and see whether there is anyone out there who has already had the same issue as you.
