Did you find anything in the SQL Server Error Log?
Did the Server Stopped? Or the SQL Agent?

No the agent wasn't stopped. I checked the SQL Log and there was no error. That is why i don't get it.

Another to check is:

Hello,
Have you found a solution for this? This only happens after I reebot the server:
======================================================
Event Type:Error
Event Source:SQLSERVERAGENT
Event Category:Alert Engine
Event ID:322
Date:26-08-2008
Time:20:00:12
User:N/A
Computer:COOLSERVER
Description:
The data portion of event 19002 from MSSQLSERVER is invalid.
For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.
======================================================
If I restart the Sql Server Agent without restarting the server this doesn't happen.
This is the error log on the SQL Server Agent:
[LOG] The data portion of event 19002 from MSSQLSERVER is invalid
Anyone can help?
Thank you,
Hugo

We've found out that if we stop and disable the SNMP Service, and then restart the server, the SQLSERVERAGENT starts normally with no errors or warnings.
We do not consider this a solution, just a workaround. :unsure:
