SQLServer2000 vs SQLServer6.5

    I'm using SQLServer2000 Enterprise Manager with a SQL2000 server, but would like to view data with EM that is located on a 6.5 box.

    Can anyone tell me how to do this?

    When using the Wizzard to register the 6.5 box I receive an error saying "Connection Open (PreloginHandshake()).

    I don't believe you can do this. Many of the calls made by EM are not supported in v6.5

    However, you can use SQL 2000 Query Analyzer to query 6.5 databases.  Also, you can "open" a table using object browser by right clicking on it and selecting "open".
