My files is about 6-7 tb in size. Can sqlserver r2 will store this kind of database. Plz help me out.

Yes, limit is 524 PB.

The Developer edition has the same features as Datacenter.

Developer edition however is licensed for non-production usage only. You have a 7TB database that you're developing against?
