Don't do that. I strongly advise you to call Product Support who will stay with you on the phone while you sort this out - no disrespect, but with the level of SQL knowledge you're displaying, you need more intimate help with this than we can provide over Internet forums.

That's a little extreme, don't you think?
There are documented ways (and scripts) to rebuild msdb. eg here - http://blogs.msdn.com/sqlserverstorageengine/archive/2006/06/06/619304.aspx
Sure, a reinstall will fix it, but you'll have wasted all the time of the reinstall, plus reattaching all your user databases, plus recreating all your logins and server permissions, plus the time to recreate the backups, jobs, packages, etc
