    How do i know as SQLDBA whether particular user uses which database and date and time i need.for that which command we are using.

    I don't really know what you are asking, but I will try to answer.

    To see when a user connects and disconnects from a database and to see what the user is executing, you can to setup a trace with SQL Profiler. You can filter the trace on the specific user.
