My website have a table with 200.000 row. It have many query select, update, insert in a time. My data server have 2 CPU dual core 3 Ghz Xeon, this CPU Usage is 100%. I have any solution for it.

What are the 2 users running on the server??
Is there any other task running (index defrag, databaseshrink, profiler, anti-virus)?
