Hi
I have a mssql cluster running on mssql server 2000, configured as a two node active/active cluster. The clustered is attached to SAN with Volumes E,F and the quorum Q. The database file and the cluster configuration resides on these volumes. The organiztion has decided to retire the Current SAN box and replace it with a new SAN box. And also the organization does not want to disturb the current IPS, mean they want the IPS to be same on the new box so that the users are not affected. Please help me with different ways that this can be achieved.

Do you mean IP addresses?
If you are moving SANs, I'm not sure that it should matter for the IPs. I would suggest you attach the servers to the new SAN (in addition to the old one) , copy over the data to the new SAN drives, and then disconnect the old one.
I'm assuming the Windows hosts don't need to be changed.
