hi,
i've install all the component but when i run sqhl2.exe i've got an error (win2k3,sql2ksp4,reportservicessp1,wmi ok):

Since your error message is in French, I'm guessing it is a localization issue which SQLH2 has had issues with in the past. The documentation that it installs should explain what's needed to work around localization, but it's probably having problems with either date formats or the swapped comma/decimal issue.
Also, make sure you have the latest version of SQLH2, which I think is version 2.027, as I think they've resolved some of those problems.
