Hi All,
I run a script to find out the process that is taking up the most CPU and I found that the program name "SQLDMO_1" is taking up 4210298 CPU and the latwaittype is NETWORKIO. It's login was at 3am and it has just setting there since and blocking other processes. I don't want to kill of the process without knowing what it is. Would anyone let me know what it is please.
Thank you

SQL Distributed Management Objects is the original COM API which was used to manage SQL Server. Your challenge will be to figure out which program the API is using. Try monitoring the activities with SQL Profiler to get a better grasp on which activities are causing the blocking.

Thank you for your reply. I have been using SQL Profiler to see if the program is running but it's not there. It is an SQL Agent job that seems to be the problem and I don't want to kill the process without knowing the what is causing it.
Thank you
