  Anyone know how to allow non-sysadmins view/submit/edit cmdExec type jobs which are not their own? I've tried adding users to TargetServersRole in MSDB, and I've tried creating a specific role with exec permissions on xp_cmdshell. I'm running SQL2K with SP3. I know I can uncheck the Sysadmin Users Only check-box on SQLAgent Properties, but doesn't that force you to nominate a proxy account? Surely then, my users will only be able to monitor jobs owned by the proxy?

  Any suggestions most welcome.
