SQL2000 download that includes SP4 and Hotfix

    Hi,  is there a download that includes both SQL2000 and SP4 all in one?  Everywhere I look I see them as separate downloads.  When I create test servers I don't want to install SQL2000 then apply the SP4.

    Is there a single download that has everything in it so I can install once?

    Service packs are always separate downloads.  I've never seen one that included the original server components so you're stuck with installing them sequentially.

    Personally I wish they would do that. They used to in SQL Server 6.5 but since 7.0 they no longer do that.
