I planned on doing a SQL 2005 upgrade to SQL 2008. On my SQL 2005 production server, i have 2 databases which are mirrored. I was wondering, when i run the SQL 2008 upgrade advisor on SQL 2005 databases, what will i it report? Will this be a show stopper?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

which type of upgrade u r planning to go for... side by side or in-place.... The decision for db upgrade will be based on that. if u are planning to go for in-place, it will be much easier as uor current scenirio will not be much impacted.

There will not be any issue... are u maintaining witness as standalone server or on same server

The mirroring configuration is with high protection with no witness. Is there a sql 2008 side-by-side upgrade documentation with sql 2005 out there? If yes, can somebody pls share it?
