Hi,
I am accessing tables in a SQL Server 2005 Database.
It works fine and easy.
The only issue is with the letters with accent, that cames in other characters.
I couldn't configure the collation to avoid that.
Can anibody help me?
Thanks
Amauri

I'm not clear on what you mean. Do you mean you want to get rid of the accents on characters, or are you having problems with accents going away that you want to keep, or something else.
Some samples would help.

I want to keep the accents.
I access a SQL Server Database through the Excel/Data/Get External Data, whre I configure the query I want.
For sure the collation is different, so for instance the word "Criação" I get "Cria‡Æo".

That's generally just a matter of having Excel pick the right symbol-set, by selecting a font that supports the characters you want.

How are you accessing the data, are you importing and if so, is it set to import as Unicode?

Hi, I tried all symbol-set I have and nothing worked.
I thought it was easier, just like a parameter on the access.
Thanks anyway.
