sql table backup

    How do I generate a script of a table with the data in it.I wish to transfer a single database table from 1 db to another & I don't want to transfer or backup the entire db but just the one table.Whats the method for achieving this.

    In you destination db, right click the tables table and then import data. You will then be able to transfer one or more tables from a source database.

    You could also use Transfer Database Object Transfer Task in DTS Package (in SQL 2000). I used the same today for a transferring 3 tables across databases & Servers.
