I think it is still in CTP. So be careful make sure to back all your stuff up. I have not for that reason. Also you posted this in the wrong area. you will get more replies in 2005 general

SP1 is now released. I've applied SP1 over previous SP1 CTP and haven't had any issues.
I've applied it to a standalone server and a 64-bit cluster without any issues.

Only thing is to plan the reboot ! (who wouldn't )
It is a "strange" thing that it does not recognize it's own need for reboot (sql native client upgrade) which causes "another process left a reboot-pending need"
