Did you try Google over the last week??....
search for this and click on the first link:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {B492C386-0195-11D2-89BA-00C04FB9898D} failed due to the following error: 80040154
Your server has analysis services and your 2000 installation is missing a dependency.

I ran into this issue once."upgrade advisor returned -1" this error is due to missing DLL file.
Solution for this is Copy BPAClient.dll file from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Upgrade Advisor\BPA\bin" to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Upgrade Advisor\BPA"

This is again .dll file issue.
Copy BPAClient.dll file from "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\BPA\bin" to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\BPA"
