SQL server updates...available in a file?

    I'm wondering if anyone knows whether updates for R2 are available in any other format than online? I'd like to update a large number of servers that do not have internet access. If there was a file (or files) i could download and put on a jump drive or something that would be ideal.

    Any ideas?

    At this point the only updates to SQL Server 2008 R2 that I am aware of are CUs, Cumulative Updates, which can be downloaded and put on any kind of media. (DVD, USB JumpDrive, Network, etc...)

    Is there some other update you are looking for?
