Just recently we have been receiving: BackupIORequest:ReportIOError: write failure on the backup device "url" Operating System Error 12175 (failed to retieve text for this error: Reason 15105) for transaction log backups. We backup the transaction log every 5 minutes and haven't had an issue with this until now. Just to be clear we are backing up to Azure Storage Blob. There are other databases on this SQL Server VM Server that we are doing transaction log backups every 15 minutes to the same Azure Storage Blob. The databases that have transaction log backups every 15 minutes are fine and we are not receiving this error for these databases. I don't know if there is colliding going on or not.
