Hi,
I have installed SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services and configured successfully. But now Iam trying to install in different domain. But getting unknown errors
1.Installed reporting services(files only) and applied SP3 in server A
2.Configured reporting services using reporting services manager and created the report server n reportserverTempDB(in server B) successfully.
4.Entered the URL http://servername/reportserver ->getting the below error:
The report server cannot open a connection to the report server database. A connection to the database is required for all requests and processing. (rsReportServerDatabaseUnavailable) Get Online Help
Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'
5.Entered the URL http://servername/reports ->getting the following error
An error occurred while parsing the configuration file. The ReportServerVirtualDirectory element is missing.
Then edited the Rswebapllication.config in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\Reporting Services\ReportManager.
6. Then again entered the URL http://servername/reports ->getting the following error:
The report server is not responding. Verify that the report server is running and can be accessed from this computer.
I installed and configured reporting services(files only installation) many times, but every time it resulted in different errors.
I already uninstalled nad installed couple of times, but still getiing the same errors point 4 and point 6.
Please advice me

I just want to make sure I understand your architecture. You have Reporting Services installed on ServerA and the Report Server databases installed on ServerB, correct?
If this is correct then the account which the Reporting Services service is running under will need to be granted access to the SQL Server on ServerB with appropriate rights within the ReportServer databases.

Try disabling anonymous logins in IIS for those sites and enabling windows integrated authentication.

I tried disabling anonymous authentication, But still the same error.
Report Server n ReportServerTempDB were created successfully on Server B, here I configured Reporting Services on Server A.
But When Entering the URL http://servername/reports n http://servername/reportserver
Onething here is, My server A name has Number 1 at the end like ,server A1. Is this going to create any problems
