  Just wanna find out, where does the SQL Server Profiler log file being stored?

  Do you mean the profiler trace? Or something else?

  If you select save to file, you can have the profiler trace written anywhere. If you don't, I think it just goes to memory/swap file. I've never noticed temporary .trc files lying around.
