Hi,
I installed SQL Server MS.
When I try to register (through registred servers) my SSAS I don't get that option.
Whit SQL 2012 tools the option is available.
CAn someone help?

Are you using an Express edition or Developer?

At the top of the 'Registered Servers' tab, there should be four icons: 'Database Engine', 'Analysis Services', 'Reporting Services', and 'Integration Services'. You must click on the 'Analysis Services' icon to list your SSAS instances.

There are not four. Just two (database engine and compact SQL edition)

I believe Registered Servers are SQL only, so are you looking in the "Local Server Groups", or did you actually create a central management server to store the info?
Central Management Servers , which are in the same zone in SSMS can support SSAS.SSRS.SSIS as well as SQL

The point is: I should have the option to join (register) Data engines, SSAS, SSIS and SSRS . Same as I have in SQL Server 2012 cliente tool. I don't have it
