I downloaded Microsoft SQL Server 2008 SP3 CTP (SQLServer2008SP3-KB2546945-x86-ENU.exe) http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=27150. It didn't include management studio. Does anyone know the link to the management studio?

That is a service pack link. Of course that will not contain SSMS. Google SQL Server Download and click the first link. It will take you to the MS sql server site.
