    SQL Server Management studio is just a client tool. You need to know more about SQL Server, management studio will come with it. You can start with a baisc SQL Server book like "Learn SQL Server in 21 days". Then browse Forums here with the practical application of theory which u read in books by knowing what people r facing problems in real world after going through chapters.
