SQL Server Management Console for SQL Server 2008 - Not able to find it- In Vista Operating system

  Hi, I installed Visual Studio 2008 first. Then installed MS sql server developer edition. I am not able to find the Sql server management console. I installed the server version , then uninstalled it, and reinstalled the client version. Both did not show the Management console. My operating system is vista ultimate .

  Please advice the correct steps
