SQL Server install crashes

  Hi

  I am trying to install SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition on

  Windows NT 4.0 Server Pack 6. But,my installs

  fails/crashes at the beginning with the following error:

  Installation of Microsoft Data Access Component Package failed

  Sybase is also running on the same server.

  Request for any help.
