My server info:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - 9.00.2047.00 (X64) Microsoft Corporation Developer Edition (64-bit) on Windows NT 5.2 (Build 3790: Service Pack 1) 8GB Ram
Sql server taking all memory almost 90%
Please give me any help and scripts

It's normal for an active SQL server to grab as much memory as you allow it to grab, especially if there are no other applications asking for memory on that server.
By itself, that is not a sign of a problem.
