    Where can I find good documentation about the DB2 OLE DB version 5 driver? Is there a compatibility matrix, that show that which driver goes which version of SQL Server? The download file of the driver is DB2OLEDBV5_X64.msi

    Did you see the document that the download points to? It's old and not necessarily that good but gives you some information in the Planning and What's New sections.
    Microsoft OLE DB Provider for DB2 Version 5.0
