sql server error 18456, login failed for USER 'NTAUTHORITY\SYSTEM'. [SQL STATE 28000]

    Hi Folks,

    1.sql server error 258, unable to complete login process due to delay in login response,[ SQL STATE 08001].

    2.sql server error 4060, cannot open database '--'requested by login. The failed login [SQL STATE 42000]

    3.sql server error 18456, login failed for USER 'NTAUTHORITY\SYSTEM'. [SQL STATE 28000]

    Am facing the problem from yesterday plz. help me to fix this issue am in a critical position to fix this issue.

    Thanks to see your reply..

    I tried to route cause this issue and i came across several observations like

    1. Checked whether Builtin\Adminstrator account is there or not. i've seen the Builtin\Adminstrator Account in the security pane of the Database.

    2. Remote connections like TCP/IP & Named Pipes are enabled.
