Hello
I need one general help regarding the SQL SERVER Enviroment. I have recently joined one company and they want me to take KT ( knowledge transfer ) from the client regarding the environment .
Few points i need to clarify :
A) Can anyone please let me know the generic format for taking the KT.
B) Need all the points which needs to be covered.
c) Also i have never worked on clustering , please let me know the important points those needs to be covered in the KT Plan ( i am not sure wether such kind a environment would be there or not )
Kindly advise how to proceed on this as I will be doing this for the first time.

Hi,
In general you can start with gathering info about the number of servers, instances, applications and version, backup-recovery model of ur environment. And then u can dig from there.
