Dear Sir,
I am facing a crictical problem while Importing data to Sql Server 2000.
The scenerio is as follows:
I had a .DBF file and i want all the data of the DBF to be imported to Sql Server 2000 using DTS wizard.
The DTS Wizard is throwing the below error.
"microsoft jet database engine external table is not in the expected format"
Error Calling OpenRowset on the provider.
Please provide me with some good solution as it is very urgent.
Thanks for your Kind Support,
Regards,

If that's a Foxpro DBF, you might need to install a driver (free, I think) before this will work.

Dear Sir,
I have installed Microsoft Foxpro Drivers and selected the DSN Driver as Microsoft Fox Pro driver (*.dbf) and it worked fine.
Thanks for your support.
