  We need a strong sql dba/developer that ultimately wants to go perm after the 6 month contract piece.   This person will be tuning the datatbase, using stored procedures, using DTS and using Crystal Reports 10.0 for reports.  (Crystal is a nice to have).  Person must be a self starter who can mentor a junior person and keep mgmt up to date with any potential issues.

  Job Description: The candidate should be a self-starter and be able to work independently and as part of a team.  Candidate should be versed in designing and developing data requirement using the latest version of MS-SQL, MS-Access and Crystal Reports Enterprise Edition. Knowledge of SDLC and proper database design is a must.   Any experience in the auto and commercial insurance market is a plus.  Strong communications and written skills are essential.  Must posses strong PC skills, MS-Access, MS-SQL and knowledge of Win2000 and XP environments.
