Hello,
I am curious to learn what the fair market value is for SQL Developer current is. I am looking into consult and want to make sure I offer competitive rates.
Also, do folks recommend offering annual Support Blocks type packages? (e.g. "X" number of Support Hours for "X" annually) Or standard hourly rate of "X" as an "On-Call" basis?

It's extremely situational. It depends on your region of the world, the services you offer, your level of experience, your level of reputation, and finally, whatever the market will bear. You'll need to get specific to make that work. I've charged anywhere from $200/hr to $350/hr, depending. Also, if you want me at your site, you pay more (and you pay for T&E). However, that's the market I'm operating in here in the US (and Europe). This is very much a "your mileage may vary" situation.
