How can you synchronize data in 2 SQL Servers with different collation settings.

When you say synchronize are you talking data only or replication situation. Have you tried copying the data over or using a linked server to compare the data and mae changes, if so what happens?

I am talking of data for now. I have inherited 3 SQL servers with different collation settings. The 3 servers need to have their data synchronized on a daily basis. I hope to later do this through replication. For now, i have got to find a way of making the data the same. MS says I have to reinstall the SQL Server.
