The new program is MCITP*: Database Developer
* Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
You need to pass exams 70-431, 70-441 and 70-442
The first exam is a generic test on SQL Server 2005, the second two are developer-specific.

Bon chance.

Actually, the MCITP: Database Administrator for SQL Server 2005 is closer to what the MCDBA was for SQL Server 2000.
You need to pass 70-431, 70-443 and 70-444 or the upgrade exam 70-447.

Dont forget..there's a cool offer from MS recently.
The second attempt is free for the exams you take.
Check in MS or Prometric sites..
