When I fill in the form here https://www.red-gate.com/library/sql-server-backup-and-restore?utm_source=ssc&utm_medium=publink&utm_campaign=books&utm_content=backup_and_restore_ebook&utm_term=backupandrestore and click 'download ebook' the button changes to 'please wait' and then nothing happens.
I'm not sure if it is just an issue on my machine?

It seems to work in a private session. What browser?

After a please wait, the page should reload and look like this:

2020-07-15 11_22_05-Window

Clicking download should download the PDF

Thanks for your reply. Firefox 78.0.2 (64-bit) on Windows 10. I've just tried a private session and that didn't work either.

I'll try some other browsers tomorrow and update the post if it works.

I just tried on Firefox 78.0.2 and had the same results...just Please Wait on the button on nothing else happens. An old version of IE or Edge works. Looks like it's browser related from what I tested.

It works OK on Edge for me (I haven't tried IE).

There was some cookie issue. We changed marketing companies, and for some reason, their cookie didn't work correctly in some cases. It should be fixed, but please report back if it isn't.

Looks to be fixed - Just tried it again and it worked fine on Firefox.
