SQL Server Agent Error Log Message

    I stopeed and re-strated the SQL Agent and saw the following in the error log:

    "Subsystem 'Merge' could not be loaded (reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed)"

    "Subsystem 'Distribution' could not be loaded (reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed)"

    "Subsystem 'LogReader' could not be loaded (reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed)"

    " Subsystem 'Snapshot' could not be loaded (reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed)"

    Any idea what this means or how to fix it?
