sql server agent

    I deleted the BuiltIn\Administrators account, and since that time I cannot start sql server agent even if I am connected with sa login.

    do you know how to create that account againt or start the agent with another account.

    Go to the local services on the server (Right Click on my Computer -> Manage -> Services) and then right click on the SQLSERVERAGENT service and go to the logon tab to change the account used.

    You'll have to make sure you choose an account with relevant permissions set up to access all the folders it needs to, with read/write access also.
