sql server agent

    I had installed sql server 2005 and after installation we found out that we missed to install management studio.so later i installed that also and now i am not able to view sql server agent when i opened the management studio even though i have sysadmin rights Can any one help me on this ?

    Can you check the services and confirm if all the sql services got installed properly??

    I am able to view the sql service agent in service.msc

    try two things .

    try to login with sa and then look for it

    and see whether that is running or not ?

    and last restart the sql server
