When I right click on certain job and click on view history, for some reason its showing me history of all the jobs. Is there some settings I need to set so that when I click on certain job, I can see thi history of that job only and not the history of all the jobs?

Open the Job Activity monitor in a separate window and then right click.

In either case, when you open the Log File Viewer to see job history, there's a pane on the left called "Select logs". You can check or uncheck specific jobs under Job History. You'll only see the history for jobs that are checked.
