When i am connecting to my instance of SQL Server i get an error message "Cannot initialize SSIS Package".

This occurs as soon as SQL Server starts, or as soon as you try to connect to SQL server through SSMS?

Well, it depends on when this error is occuring - when the server starts or only when you try to connect to the server (those are distinctly different and would have different root causes).
Also, is it really SSIS package or is it SSPI?

Have you installed Sql Server 2005 SP2 on 64 Bit?
