Hi
we want to change version of our servers to these versions :
- windows server 2012 R2 Datacenter
- sql server 2014 (without any packs)
Are they compatible with each other?

Exactly the kind of information it's always best to go directly to the source for. This is Microsoft's documentation on the OS versions required for SQL Server 2014. The two versions you're looking at will work.
If you install SQL Server 2014, I recommend you also install the latest cumulative update (CU6 right now). There are a number of issues that this addresses.

And what is "sql server 2014 RTM"
RTM is a seperate version ?
If I download Cumulative Update #6 is enough or I must download all of them?

RTM means Release to Manufacturing. It's the released product without any kind of updates or service packs applied. It's not recommended to use RTM.
To use the cumulative update, you only need the latest. It will have the other updates included in it. Currently, we have CU6, that includes CU1-5.

SQL server 2014 is compatible with Windows 2012 R2 Datacenter edition. Please see this link for more detail

I Installed CUP6 .
And when it recieved to checks , I stoped the sql server services.
and continue ....
But at the end It reported that the instalation done with some error.
I saw the list and for main service (sqlserver) It was failed.
And then advised to uninstall this and reinstall again.
But in control panel I dont see any title about this. which program I should to remove and install again ?
