What files you deleted?

You should just restart the windows host, not delete anything.

Hi
how can i restart the windows host?.
i am sharing the file also.

That looks like the installer has detected a restart pending state, it could be the result of a patch or update, Steve is right you need to restart the OS; in some situations a failed install can result in a restart pending state being an invalid condition, you will need to investigate that separately if that is the case.

Restart the Windows host? Power down, power on.
That's a restart. Pending operations are those that occur when the system boots, so you need to force that.

"Did you try restarting? There are a few reasons why this could be happening:
1.If you didn't restart Windows, the installer can be stuck in a pending state without impact.
2.A failed install can result in a restart pending state being an invalid condition.
3.If the OS has not re-started, there could be a pending patch or update.
Pending operations are those that occur when the system boots so we need to force restarting the system.

This is true and normally requires delving into the registry to find the culprit. Have had to do this a few times, it is scary and did not really want to mention it in my reply, but see previous replies regarding registry.
