SQL server 2012 installation about integration service

    I tried to install a instance of SQl server 2012 along with a 2008 R2 instances on the same server.

    I installed all the services.

    Everything looks fine, until I try to connect to the integration service, I can only connect to SSIS 10.50 (2008), I cannot connect to SSIS 11(2012).

    SSIS does not support multiple instances on a machine. Having said that, for 2012 SSIS packages have a new deployment model and you can see a new item named as "Integration Services Catalogs" when you connect to database engine.

    Thanks, I figured that out by removing the old 2008 SSIS installation, and the 2012 show up automatically
