Probably because a cluster with a single node defeats the object of clustering, there is no failover!
Ultimately, we are going to add second node, once the 1st node is works fine

The thing is, in a multi node cluster the passive nodes are patched. The passive node has no active disk resources so it should only ever choose the C drive, does this make sense?
